Arvind Trading | Full time

Traders in Derivative market buy and sell stocks, bonds or any financial instrument on behalf of the firm. As Traders, they may spend their time studying trades, researching the market, conducting quantitative and business analyses and developing trading systems. They are also responsible for troubleshooting and identifying trade systems.

Key Responsibilities

o  Research and resolve issues in trading area

o  Handle trade corrections

o  Analyzes the financial market to discover trends and improve financial results

o  Trades quickly and efficiently, taking advantage of market opportunities

o  Manage the risk by setting stop-loss orders, limiting their exposure to any single stock or sector, and using other risk management techniques.

Requirements

Successful Traders need a combination of skill, knowledge, and discipline. They must be able to analyze market trends and make quick decisions based on changing market conditions. They also need to manage risk effectively, as trading stocks can be risky and volatile.

Qualification

o   Primary: Graduate (preferred finance background.

Experience and Skills

o   A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Derivative market/Stock market trading;

o   Strong Analytical skills; ability to analyze the data quickly and recognize trends in the charts.

o   Research skills; to have an in depth knowledge of share market, derivative market.

o   Adequate knowledge in math and finance to monitor broad economic factors and daily chart patterns that impact financial markets.

o   Strong strategic, problem solving, inter-personal skills;

o   Computer literacy in Excel, data base management and other tools;

o   Commitment to work with leadership and cross-functional teams;
